DELIVERY AND TRACKING OF THE PARCEL

We begin preparing your order after completing your online payment. Your package is shipped by professional partner logistics companies. Once your order has been shipped, your package tracking number will be sent to you by email.

Estimated logistics times:

• 3-5 days of preparation
• 3-5 days delivery

Delivery costs:

• For orders of €50 or more, delivery is free.
• For orders under €50, the delivery charge is €5.50

Tracking your package:

Your package will be transported by Colissimo. You can track logistics information on the official Colissimo website: https://www.laposte.fr/outils/suivre-vos-envois

Best practices:

1. Please ensure the delivery address, postal code and phone number are correct for efficient and fast delivery. Also ensure the correct choice of size/color etc. After finalizing the order, if you notice an error in the delivery address or any other information related to delivery, or related to the choice of size/color, contact AIWS SHOP after-sales service aiwsshop@gmail.com to find out if it is still possible to cancel or modify.

Generally, if your order has not yet been processed/shipped, you can cancel it and place a new order with the correct address/information.

2. Once the indicative order preparation time has passed, if you still do not receive a parcel tracking number by email, contact the AIWS SHOP after-sales service aiwsshop@gmail.com to find out the progress.
