DELIVERY POLICY AND PARCEL TRACKING

We begin preparing your order after completing your online payment. Your package is shipped by professional partner logistics companies. Once your order has been shipped, your package tracking number will be sent to you by email.

Estimated logistics times:

• 3-5 days of preparation
• 3-5 days delivery

Delivery costs:

• For orders of €50 or more, delivery is free.
• For orders under €50, the delivery charge is €5.50

After receiving your package

In the case of defective items, wrong size, missing items or items significantly different from our description:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us by email at aiwsshop@gmail.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

We will ask you to provide us with some details and information such as your order number and photos of the items received to assess and resolve the problem together.

Case of exchanges:

European Union 14-day withdrawal period

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days from the day of receipt of the order, for any reason and without justification. Return and Refund

• You must contact us by email within 14 days of receipt at aiwsshop@gmail.com and provide us with the order number. Items returned without first requesting a return by email will not be accepted.
• From this withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the order. All returns must be sent to the address: room 2104, 37 Avenue de Colmar 92500 Rueil-Malmaison, France, by registered mail at your expense. Please provide us with an online tracking number + the original order number.
• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in its original packaging with all accessories to be accepted for return.
